One Step100 x Ketone Test Strips - Ketosis Urine Dipstick Tests

I've been using them to help gauge if I've been knocked out of ketosis, mainly after having a carb heavy evening, etc.I don't tend to use them on a daily basis as after a couple of years you know which foods will knock you out so you don't often eat them.I've not had any problems with the sticks turning grey/black as some have commented on, but then I always ensure the container is out of direct sunlight/excess heat and when removing one I immediately place the lid back on to attempt to reduce the amount of moisture from getting inside.All in all I'm very happy with the product. Does what its supposed to, it's cheap and as long as you follow the storage guidelines lasts a long time.

I would highly recommend this provider. I found these the best value available - 100 sticks for just £4.74 really is excellent - it's less than you would spend on 50 from someone else. They also arrived very promptly. I've used other brands and providers before, but why spend more, when these work perfectly. Results showed on the sticks very clearly and speedily. If you're using them to follow a low-carb diet then they are a great indicator as to how you're doing (especially if you slip off and want to know when you're getting back into ketosis again), and they're a wonderful morale boost too. Would highly recommend this product and service.

Not sure if they were old but they didn’t change colour whatsoever. Had to buy a different brand to compare them with just in case. Total waste of money.

Haven’t used them yet as I’m recovering from major surgery but I know how to use them and when. Once Iv tested thier accuracy il update but they look fine to me

Excellent product. Very accurate and have tested it when I knew I was in ketosis and when I knew i wasn't just to double check the product. All very good. Arrived in good condition. Thank you and I recommend. In fact I am on my secon batch for the Keto diet.

I made water from my bladder on this and it changed colors to tell me that I am eating lots of meat. Yay!

This is the second time I've bought these equivalents to Ketostix. They work well, the only difference between these and the name brand is that you read these at 40 seconds, rather than the 10 seconds or so for Ketostix.But the unused strips fail very quickly.I keep the strips in the jar, with the lid on, in a bedroom drawer. The first batch "went off" after about 4 months (the clear testing area goes to a light brown and doesn't change when used), so I assumed they'd somehow got damp.The second batch, kept in the jar, lid on, in the medicine box firmly tucked away at the back of a kitchen cupboard) did the same after a month.Pretty much a waste of money. Looks like it's back to Ketostix.
