I had a small problem with my coffee machine the valve got stuck and the steamer wouldn’t work. I decided to try De’Longhi distilled water, and wow as soon as I poured it in and ran the steamer, everything cleared up immediately! I followed the instructions, rinsed a couple of times with water, and it worked like a charm. Honestly, this is just an excellent product really high quality and super effective. I’m so happy I tried it. Highly recommend!

It is almost half an amount required for my Lavanzza mode a mio espresso machine but I couldn’t find Lavanzza descaler within my budget . It gets higher and higher in price. I had tried this for mine . The effect was pretty visible . Well it did splash tiny dots in water . I had rinsed my machine 4 times with water until I didn’t see them. After that, I enjoyed my espresso so it seemed to have worked to clean my machine. I love my espresso machine so darely and my second version . It required a bit of courage as this is different brand but worked well.

Works great for my De’Longhi machine. The product comes in a pack of two and the packet is the exact size needed for each descaling. Great price for the amount I need.

I have a de'longhi bean to cup coffee machine which was showing the red light. The genuine de'longhi 2 pack seemed to be a good price so I used the one de'longhi reccomend (their own brand funnily enough!). It worked fine, once I found how to run it through it cleaned itself in about 20 minutes. My red light has now come on again so I'll use the other one. Leaves no smell or taste that I noticed although I made sure plenty of water was pumped through after the cleaning process was complete.

A little orange light on a coffee maker had been on for at least 18 months. Neither of us knew what it meant, but the coffee kept flowing so we were happy. After a friend casually remote, but our machine was crying out for clean, we bought this descaler and I’ve never looked back. Our pipes in our Counselling deposit free and the quantities of our coffee has improved dramatically. Excellent value for money if you consider the cost per cup to limescale free hot caffeinated beverages twice a day.
