Great walking poles
I bought these to walk up Pen-y-fen, so glad I did they where sturdy lightweight easy to assemble when we got to car park, great to adjust, for coming back down they were great support. Got two pairs one for me and a set for my husband.

what a brilliant idea ! I have used both walking sticks and crutches but these are better. One criticism -I am not very dexterous with my hands so found it difficult to set them up - worth it though!!

Excellent walking aids after knee surgery.
I got these after having both my knees replaced to help with my exercise walks. I found them really useful to begin with, and still keep them handy, but my new knees have settled down so well I try to walk unaided when I can. I am not a cross country hiker, if I was I’m sure I’d get a lot more use out of them, but for occasional treks around local woods and parks they’re great.

Great poles for a brilliant price, they seem to be as strong as any trekking poles I've personally come across, and probably work just as well as some at 4 times the cost.The wrist straps are comfortable and the handles have a nice feel to them.They arrived with accessories that include one pair of mud baskets, one pair of snow baskets, a pair of rubber feet for flat tarmac, roads paths & the like, plus a pair of rubber protective ferrules, "AND" a storage bag to keep them in. Already done a 5.5 mile hike with them and they saved me falling on my face half a dozen times whilst walking over slippy ice patches.Time can only tell aboutĥ longevity but I'm very pleased with my purchase and I would definitely recommend giving these trekking poles a try.

Easy to assemble and use. Rubbers supplied for hard surface hiking. Recommended!!
