it works, it helps with the pain, i put the cream on my heal before bedtime.

It took about 4 days and consistently applying to my heal. But after the 4th day I woke up and walked on my foot without pain. I did use ice at night as well but I have tried everything for 2 years and this was absolutely amazing!! Will be buying more a lot more!!!

I bought a jar earlier in the year and it was more of a gel. It was a light teal in color and loved how smooth it applied. I ran out and couldn’t wait to get my second jar. When I opened this jar it was a white cream. I know it says cream and so did my previous package but it was not consistent with the product. I did apply the cream and it seems to be the same. But I did feel it more tingling with the previous jar I had.

When I apply the Cream it helps to massage it in to skin to get the best benefit from it.
