Helps my ADHD kid sleep!

These tablets look and smell nice. However my son has been taking for a few weeks and we have not noticed any difference in regards to sleep and has not improved this at all which is a shame.

Our daughter has always been hyper at bedtime, but is getting worse the older she gets (she's currently 6). We don't think it's anything other than the fact she's pushing the boundaries and in some cases just being naughty and/or defiant, but most evenings it will be between 9 and 10pm when she finally gives up - her mind just starts racing when it's time to switch off. It's a vicious cycle, as the more tired she gets, the grumpier she gets - we're both full time working parents and we're always tired, so it always ends up in frustration and arguments, but I'm sure you already know that, which is probably why you're reading reviews for these things.We've tried everything else, so thought we'd give these a go. Our daughter has used them consistently (daily) for over a month now (and for a few weeks on/off before that) and we have noticed very little, if any difference at all.I imagine the miracle cure reviews are in some cases just a placebo. Do no expect a miracle cure, it certainly wasn't isn't in our case.I've ordered a different brand and we'll try until they run out, but if we don't notice any difference we'll save the money next time as these things aren't cheap!

I brought these for my 3 year old boy, who has been really struggling to settle at bedtime and waking up through the night. Bit of a long shot as they are not a sleeping aid but saw reviews on improved sleep and thought I would give them a go...They haven't necessarily improved sleep, however the taste great and my boy loves them. I have noticed he is calmer and not having so many tantrums.More interestingly I suffer with depression and noticed an MASSIVE change in my mood when I took them. This would be a coincidence but after researching there has been a link between depression and magnesium deficiency! Who knew. Anyway great product that I think kids will love the taste of

This was a late night purchase as I was pulling my hair out and didn’t know what to do but this have helped my sons over activity at night time. He’s a lot calmer and able to sleep at night, more relaxed.
