Q: Does anyone know if this tape stick really well to material backpacks ?

It may stick to a backpack but it’s not very reflective. I dumped the tape that I bought in the trash can.

Sorry but mine is on a metal surface and works well.

Q: Would this tape work on clothes, specifly motor bike clothing?

I don’t see why not. Maybe not so good on bits that bend but across the back, places that don’t crease up too much I think it would be fine. I put mine on the edges of my drive gates to make it easier for people to see if reversing (after my father-in-law reversed into them and bent them!!). Stuck on around 18 months ago and still on there strong. Hope this helps.
