Q: What is this actually made of? Can't see any ingredients listed anywhere.

I have by bottle here. It's water, natural hickory smoke flavor, vinegar, molasses, caramel color and salt. This product also has no additives, preservatives, or animal by-products and is gluten free.

Q: how long can I use it after opening the bottle? Do I have to keep it in the fridge or cupboard?

This product is good to keep in a cupboard for 90 days after opening (no need to keep in the fridge). Hope that helps :)

They are two entirely different products. Liquid smoke is literally actusl smoke that has been collected and condensed into a concentrated liquid, to add a smokey flavour to dishes. Liquid aminos is like an umami/savoury soy sauce (but with less salt usually), usually made from soy beans but sometimes coconut, containing all the essential amino acids the body needs. It is useful in adding flavour and nutrients to non-meat products and dishes.

Great Smokey flavour

This is a great addition to many dishes, gives a nice Smokey flavour. This is my third purchase , a definite must if you’re vegetarian too . Great in homemade bean burgers , chilli , faghitas, tofu & many more ! I try to make sure I never run out of!

It is a great product for those who want a lightly smoked taste in their stew, soups or meats.I have one gripe about this product is that it’s not smokey enough. I previously ordered this liquid smoke before but it’s not as Smokey as before
