Absolute lifesaver, great for trapped wind, stomach ache, nausea. I take it with me anytime I travel but I also use whenever I need it and it always does the job. And there’s sooo many so last a long time. I take with water so I don’t really notice any taste. And I take around 3 in a serving.

For cramp from wind and heartburn. Does what they say. Don’t like the chalky texture but you can swallow whole for a slower affect.

These are nothing short of amazing. I have a stomach muscle separation following 3 children which has given me considerable digestive issues and one of which is pungent flatulence as my muscles fail to hold everything in. Not the most attractive and definitely the most embarrassing. I cannot routinely eat meals which have potatoes or rice and if I have eaten a few different snacks such as crisps or biscuits then I will suffer from wind all evening. It's almost a standing joke in our home when a smell hits as to whose the culprit! ....Following a search for a cure after a particularly embarrassing evening... I decided to purchase these tabs and following other users advice have used 2 before and 2 after a meal which I know will give me bad wind such as a roast or fish and chips and I've been amazed that the wind has all but disappeared!!! I don't use these everyday so I can see the difference when the wind starts after meals where I haven't taken the tablets. As other users commented, they are best to swallow with water as if your hands are wet you can see the colour coming off on them and I have found 2 before and 2 after a heavy meal is adequate. I would find it inconvenient to have to have one in between a meal but so far I haven't needed to. As mentioned before they can make your stool a darker colour and as I don't take them everyday mine is darker but not black which I would find a little alarming! Will definitely purchase again as they have given me the confidence to be able to eat foods I enjoy inside and outside the home.

I bought it some time ago as I am familiar with activated charcoal since childhood. My mom used to treat all tummy aches with it so we always had it in first aid box. This is one of the only (if not THE only) brand of actual charcoal tablets you can still get. All the others come in capsule form which I don't like at all. If you have sore throat, you can get rid of it or help it a lot by sucking on these and the charcoal will absorb the bacteria and help get rid of the infection and make you feel better. Also, they really help with gas and bloating if you have eaten something bad or think you have food poisoning.

I love these charcoal pills. When I don't feel quite right in my stomach I take them. They help me every single time. Recently I must have ate some food that wasn't quite right... I started to feel sick... I started chewing them. 4 at a time with water. I'd wait a minute or 2 & repeat until it started easing up & then in not too long I was fine. I always keep these on hand. I keep one in my purse & one on nightstand. Oh, my friend had stomach acid issues after drinking coffee, I gave them some & it eased right up for them. Good stuff!
