Park Tool BCB-4.2 Bike Cleaning Brush Set Tool

These brushes have everything I need to clean a full suspension MTB after a day on the mountain. The big blue brush is nice and soft for cleaning the frame, the black brush gets into all the awkward corners and dislodges that mud you just can't reach otherwise, the chain cleaning brush is very stiff and the other end of it is great for dislodging the sticky crud from the sprockets and the wierd looking blue and grey one seems great for cleaning wheels. If you need to clean a mountain bike these are what you need. They cost more than I wanted to pay but they were well worth the extra pennies.

A most useful kit. The various brushes really do their job cleaning main tubes etc but also the fiddly transmission areas.

I’ve been using Park tools for over 20 years, and when I needed to buy some brushes to clean my bike, I went straight to Park. They cost a little more than others, but the quality is there and they do an excellent job of cleaning my bike.

Simple and easy, nothing to excited about. They work but they are a bit too soft in wire hardness and bristles, so easily bend and get flattened. The biggest one is good for washing and dusting off. As value for money, I think for what they are, their price is on the high end.

Good quality brushes. Will be great for cleaning the bike. 👍

Another great product from park tools. I just keep buying the cleaning tools. These are replacements for old brushes etc. That tells you all you need to know really.

As a general rule when it comes to tools for my bikes, I buy cheap and then if it breaks I buy Park Tool. What a mistake in this case. These brushes perform exactly the same as the pack I got for £4 from a local shop, they deposit bristles everywhere and have scratched up some of the paint with the exposed wire cores. Even the brand moulding on the handles is cheap and barely legible. This product is either cashing in on the brands reputation to sell cheap crap for £27, or an imitation.

If you want to clean your bike properly you need these brushes. High quality, and fit for purpose.

Overall quality is bad, brushes are way to soft and looses shape after a singel use.
