Excellent product

The reason I clicked 3 stars was to get me in to give a review of this product .I bought this about a year and a half ago from a health store near where I live and in 6 to 8 weeks I lost between a stone and a stone and a half in weight which I didn't need , on checking on line I discovered there was research done for weight loss but it was inconclusive.I felt great but the doctor wanted to be on the safe side and make sure it wasn't more sinister sent me to the hospital so after several appointments they discovered my Aorta valve was nearly closed so I had to have open heart surgery so without the Chia Seed I wouldn't have known as I had no symptoms .I was diagnosed by a doctor with exceptionally good hearing.

I was a bit dubious these would help me. But I find its a lot easier to go 10km when I take these in the morning in my whey shake. The quality was never in question. I can highly recommend the product.

Arrived quickly, I always love chia seeds, they make me feel more healthy and I often have problems where my stomach 'doesn't quite feel right' after a batch a few years ago I felt healthier than I have in ages!If you have digestive problems or even just want to feel better in general, yeah, I'd give them a go!

Trialling a low carb venture and it required this for various recipes, all of which turned out just fine.

Not sure yet whether i would rather have the actual seed or the milled..
