Makes your hair feel really nice without making it greasy. Only a couple of drops needed.

Effective. Just rub a few drops in your hand and apply to hair. Excellent for dry, curly hair. Hair feels soft but not particularly shiny. Might just be my hair because it is curly. Definitely helps to control frizz.

My afro Caribbean hair is extremely dry. This product is very expensive but I can highly recommend. I only wish there was a bigger size but that would be even more money. I used daily but as my hair is so dry I had to use more than 2 drops for my big head!!It did make a difference to my hair. Looking for an alternative at present until I can afforder another bottle

A few drops goes a long way. Got a sample bottle from the Aveda Institute and promised myself a full size. I adore the smell and its light and non greasy. I have natural curly Afro hair and will use this when I blow wave it straight. Love it!

Thought as a very good brand and extremely expensive would be an amazing product.Sadly, not as effective as much cheaper hair oils.

This was a replacement for a bottle I bought about 7 years ago. It's lovely on your hair damp, or when dried to separate the ends. Not sure it improves the condition but certainly makes it look better!

I have a nearly empty pot that I got directly from Aveda and this one smells slightly different, more peppermint. Everything else seems to be genuine but I'm not 100% sure to be honest. Either way, this product does wonders to my hair, I've been using It for 5 years now and can't live without it, I've got type 3c curls and it makes them feel amazing

I really loved the sample bottle that I got from the Aveda Salon in my city, but this bottle I purchased online didn't seem to be the real deal. The smell was off (not like the typical Aveda scent) and I had to use a lot to even feel it puddle in my palms. I returned this product and will go back to another nourishing hair serum. Too bad I missed out on the shipping fee when I sent it back, but at least I got most of my refund.

I agree with several other posters and I so wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing. I normally buy AVEDA Dry Remedy Daily Moisturizing Oil from a nearby Aveda salon, but decided to order this product instead because I knew I was going to run out before I was able to make it to the salon. I have compared them side by side (the one purchased at the salon and the one purchased from Cutting Edge International, LLC), and they are NOT the same. Different color, different smell, different consistency. My fault, should have done my research.

Great for dry ends. I have been using this product for years.
