I appreciate that these prenatal vitamins are incredibly easy to swallow because of the soft or coating. For me, the effects showed up by the fifth morning beginning with with better focus, mood, and digestion.

This is the prenatal I picked but the last bottle had 2 capsules that bursted open I couldn’t return as I needed the prenatal then so now all the vitamins taste bad when I take them but other than that it’s a great vitamin

When I opened my bottle, one of the gel caps had opened and leaked all the fish oil over the rest of the pills. It took my breath away it was so bad! I physically can't take the pills because I gag when it gets near my face.Edit: Seller came back and offered full refund. I upped from one star to four to reflect this. The lid has a large opening These pills are very very large if you have trouble swallowing pills I would look for something smaller. These have everything I need in them. Highly recommend for a prenatal.

They taste like fish! And leave a bad taste in your mouth after taking them. So if you have sensitive pregnancy smell/taste don’t buy this!
