You have to tackle at least 3-5 areas affecting hair growth to get real hair growth results, and i found using this supplement 1 a day, combined with Taoist soap for hair 2 times a week only, wash off instantly after application. Then taking nettle tea everyday, as well as scalp massage for 10-20 minutes everyday. This combination has done more then anything else i wasted money on.I would add B-vitamins as well, but I cycle them as I don't want my pee to stay neon yellow forever - so 3 months I take B complex and 1-2 months I don't.
