Excellent Rechargeable Batteries
I've been purchasing rechargeable batteries for years now. I have a man drawer with a few spares in that have been charged up so I always have some handy when I need them. Unlike non-rechargeable batteries I find that you don't get much warning with Ni-MH ones before they are nearly completely depleted so it's a good idea to have a few pre-charged ones spare.Despite lots of devices using Li-Ion batteries these days I've actually found that the number of devices around the house that require AA batteries has increased. Things like digital cameras, remote controls, wireless computer keyboards, wireless mice, console joypads, Oculus Rift/Quest VR controllers, children's toys and even electronic doorbells, to name a few, all still seem to require them. The nice thing about these batteries is that they arrive pre-charged (with solar energy!) so they don't require charging (although I suspect they will not be charged to 100%). They also claim to retain 85% of their change after 12 months if they are not used which is great news for the ones that I have stored in the man drawer. These can also be recharged up to 500 times... if that's true then these are going to last a long time! Of course it will be difficult to verify these claims for a while but if they fail to live up to expectations then I will update my review. These seem to be genuine batteries and look like the real thing and I've had no issues with the ones I've used so far.Pros:- Good value compared to regular non-rechargeable batteries- Slightly higher spec than the 2500mAh Duracell batteries- 2500mAh so should be good for more demanding devices- Batteries come pre-charged (although unlikely to be 100% charged)- Hold their charge when not in use (i.e. 85% of charge after 1 year)- Can potentially be recharged up to 500 times- Better for environment than non rechargeable batteries as you are reusing them repeatedly as opposed to disposing of them (batteries are full of harmful chemicals and heavy metals). These are also pre-charged using Solar energy which is much greener.Cons:- Perhaps a little expensive when compared to non-rechargeable batteries but they really do pay for themselves after a few charges.- You get very little warning when the batteries are running out of charge. Always a good idea to have some on standby.Neutral:- As with any rechargeable batteries they require time to recharge

5 years old and still going
I needed new batteries as it’s coming up to Xmas and I have lots of items needing batteries.Realised I had some of these in my outdoor halloween lights and they still work after being outside for 3 years, with no charging! Unbelievable that they held a charge for that long. I had previously used them in a camera. I purchased them in 2019 so that’s five years use so far. They are on the expensive side, but in my opinion are worth it. I have a drawer full of other makes from Panasonic and Duracell that haven’t held up as well as the Eneloop ones. They don’t hold their charge as well and they drain a lot faster.

Hold charge for a good while
Bought these a few years ago and have been using for Xbox controllers. They hold charge well and recharge pretty quickly. They are starting to need to be replaced more often than when new but still last a good while.
