These little butterfly buttons are really lovely, and I'm looking forward to finding lots of crafty uses for them. I will certainly be using them in designs for my handmade cards, but am already thinking of other things I can use them for. I have had to restrain myself from ordering more sets!I would definitely give the buttons themselves 5 stars. They are a lovely size at almost 3cm and are beautifully decorated. They are just as shown in the pictures, with a variety of designs and colours. Some are bright and some more pastel colours; some bold patterns and some with more delicate details. I would be surprised if they were actually hand painted, but they certainly have that sort of look.However, the state of the packaging in which the product arrived was terrible, hence dropping a star. Both the plastic bag envelope and the thin plastic bag the buttons came in were ripped open, and I wouldn't be at all surprised if some of the buttons were missing. I guess this is a lot to do with the postal system somewhere along the line, but the seller could have done with using better packaging...

These took ages to come but we’re only bought on a whim so didn’t inconvenience me. The look just like the picture and there is a good mix of different colours and designs. The colours/designs are only printed on one side the other being plain wood. Each has two holes as they are buttons, but I don’t intend to use them as buttons, just craft embellishments.

We use these buttons for crafts and they always go down well the only disappointment is the delivery time 7to8 weeks the children were back at school by they arrived

These are really lovely buttons the colours are really soft and matte and were perfect for what I wanted them for. They are flat backed so you can glue them on if you are wanting to use them for crafting as well as sewing.I would have no hesitation recommending these to anyone they really are lovely and the holes are a perfect size for the needle to go in to for sewing on. I used a hand needle I did not use my machine for these ones as it was just a cardigan that I was using them for.My daughter used the rest to decorate her school bag as she is butterfly mad and they have stayed on despite her bag getting some serious use.

These butterfly buttons are shipped from Malaysia so I had to wait a while for them to arrive but I knew that before I bought them and did not mind the wait. They were worth it. They are delicate looking items but would be sufficiently substantial to use as buttons if desired; I am going to use them for crafting. The colour palette used for the whole batch is lovely - better than the picture suggests - strong, almost vintage, colours that are enhanced by the light varnish on top; they mix and match beautifully. The shape is uniform but the number of butterflies of each colourway seems random, again, that does not bother me. I would buy them again.

Very pretty and well made buttons sent at random. There was not fifty in my package which was sealed, contacted seller who was very apologetic, then put right. 5 were odd, 2 had 2 of, 3 had 3 of,1 had 4 of, 1 had 6 of ,1 had 7 of etc. Would buy again as long as 50 were actually in package and more patterns matched, but cannot choose as sent at random.
