Really happy
I have been taking those for maybe half a year now. My hair was very wear last year and it was falling out a lot. I have always had a thick hair, therefore it made me very worried. I started taking those tablets and I am really happy with the result. It took a lot of time of course but I am definitely seeing the result. My hair has grown a lot longer, I have a lot of baby hair and the top up until my chin the thickness of my hair has returned. I absolutely recommend the product, but for real results it needs to be taken for a few months at least.

Use with shampoo
I was pretty doubtful about these but thought I would give these a go as unfortunately started to lose some hair.. Have used these capsules twice a day with the Fitoval shampoo (shampoo once a day) for about 6 months.. There is noticeably a fair bit of new hair follicles growing at the front so looking very promising. 6 months is quite a while to be taking these so you have to be very patient but ultimately they are slowly working.

Great value
I will start this review by saying this product doesn't seem to have a propietary blend that would actually differentiate this product from any of B vitamin complexes you could get at Holland and Barrett or GNC - in my opinion.Why I scored it so well is because it is very well priced against any of the above and for that I am glad to know I am buying a blend of vitamins that are good for my hair at an affordable price.

Can’t take on empty stomach
I bought these capsules together with fitoval hai shampoo. I hope it will help strengthen my weak hair. One thing to mention, you cannot take capsules on empty stomach
