Only received half my order!
I ordered the ball pit with steps and 200 balls and only received the ball pit and 200 balls. NO STEPS!!This is for my daughters first christmas. I’ve emailed the send and I’ve had zero communication!

Encantada con la pisicina de bolas
Estoy encantada con esta piscina de bolas para mi hija, y ella aún más. Es muy grande y blandita en su justa medida para que no se de con ella al caerse. Es fiable al 100x100 y el vendedor super amable y se preocupó en todo momento que mi pedido llegara correctamente.

Scala poco funzionale
Esteticamente il prodotto è bello, il materiale della piscina va bene, ma la scaletta è talmente morbida da non poter essere utilizzata salendoci in piedi, i bambini cadono, poiché è instabile forse solo gattonandoci sopra, il che non ha senso perché non è funzionale.
