They weren’t quite tight enough but helped a little to reduce the twitching. I have narrow feet though and it’s one size fis all so someone with a wider foot may get more relief. Certainly worth trying for the small outlay.

Far too big/ firm for me. Also if you had larger feet I would imagine the elastic would be too tight, I'm a UK size 7

Der Keil ist stabil und am Anfang drückt es. Aber nach 1 Tag fühle ich mich nicht eingeengt und es tut nichts weh. Geliefert wurde sogar inklusive Ersatzgummibänder.

Ich habe eine Fußheberparese, habe dadurch einen Plattfuß bekommen und oft Probleme mit dem Fersensporn und bin am Fußgewölbe so empfindlich, das bei leichtem Druck ich Nervenkrampf Anfälle bekomme.Ich bin so positiv beeindruckt an den ersten paar Tagen merke ich die Umstellung, aber es war kein schlimmer Schmerz, und nun Tage ich sie schon ein paar Wochen auf der Arbeit und habe weniger Probleme mit allen inklusive Rücken … ich kann es einfach nur weiter empfehlen… wunderbare Sache!
