This is the perfect 2 in 1 tablet - It delivers excellence
The Microsoft Surface Pro 9 is a true powerhouse packed into a sleek and versatile 2-in-1 design. From its stunning 13-inch display to its lightning-fast performance powered by an Intel Core i7 processor and 16GB of RAM, this device delivers on every front. The 256GB SSD ensures ample storage space for all my files, apps, and media, while Windows 11 Home provides a seamless and intuitive user experience. Whether I'm multitasking between productivity tasks or indulging in some entertainment, the Surface Pro 9 handles everything with ease. The device's design is both elegant and functional, with its silver finish exuding a sense of sophistication. The detachable keyboard and pen support further enhance its versatility, allowing me to seamlessly transition from laptop to tablet mode and unleash my creativity wherever I go. I also appreciate the inclusion of a UK plug, ensuring compatibility and convenience right out of the box. Microsoft has truly raised the bar with the Surface Pro 9, offering a premium computing experience that is as powerful as it is portable. If you're in the market for a top-of-the-line 2-in-1 tablet PC, look no further than the Surface Pro 9.

Good computer
Very good computer, but I bought the first one, after system upgraded, It just couldn't start up. I had to buy a second one right away. The second one is currently working well with no issues.

Powerful PC in tablet form
I was a previous owner of the Surface Pro 7 and purchased this because that needed an upgrade. I use this for podcasting, video editing, and day to day work. It works like a charm. I also purchased the Surface Type Cover to go with it, which is a must have.

Light, powerful, excellent
Have thoroughly enjoyed this - consider it a full laptop more than a tablet - I can do everything I need to for work on this - honestly excellent speed, memory, connectivity - the only thing I would change is to have a SIM card in it for mobile connectivity

Expensive but Dead after 18 months
Surface Pro 9- 16gb RAM- 256gb SSD 18 months and a hardware fault has generated a flickering screen with thick red vertical bars, Out of warranty, best Microsoft can offer me is a £480 repair service! No ownership from them for what has been confirmed as a hardware failure! Avoid or take out extra cover. For a £1K+ device, I am absolutely choked. My average usage was 2 to 4 times a month so this device has not been hammered. UPDATE 1: Amazon will accept repairs up to 2 years after purchase, its currently been sent away, further updates if it comes back in working order. UPDATE 2: The repair center could not repair within the 20 working day time frame, the 2022 Surface Pro 9 not available to replace it, Amazon offered a full refund and that was gratefully accepted. The only sole purpose of this was for music production, the new Surface Pro's use an ARM processor that is not compatible with Ableton Live 12, bummer, so I've had to get something completely different, a big bulky Lenovo gamers Laptop, it should hopefully do the job and have longevity. Cannot fault Amazon one bit, they have looked after me very well on this occasion so my review score is not reflective of them one bit.

Good but not has described by seller
Product itself is good, Surface Pro 9 does what is supposed to do. However, I have not received the product described. DG Electronis Limited is using a business account to aquire Surface Pro 9 Business devices and selling them via Amazon as Surface Pro 9 retail which had the following impact: 1. I received device on 15th Feb 2023 but Microsoft warranty started on 13th January 2023 2. Without option to add Microsoft Care plan 3. Advertised to have Windows 11 Home received with Windows 10 Pro 4. Surface Business devices with Windows Pro have now Windows Autopilot software integrated. This allows business's IT Departments to manage device, user accounts, access permissions and much more. So if you do buy from DG Electronis Limited it would mean that device would be a company asset and associated with their Microsoft account, so advise to make due diligences and contact Microsoft support and link device to your Microsoft account to ensure that no one else has Virtual Admin access to device 4. Supplied in brown carton (Business Packaging) instead of premium retail packaging (impacts device value that you can get back if you think in re-selling it at some point) I'm pretty sure that if I'd bought it directly from Amazon I wouldn't have had such issues and would have enjoyed Surface Pro 9 straight out of the box, but on described circumstances I had to make sure device was safe to use.

Fine as a portable PC not good as a tablet.
This device is very good as a portable PC when you use it with a physical keyboard and a mouse or at least with a touch pen, but it is not a good device to be used as a tablet. Windows OS is just not a system made to be used with a touch screen and a finger. Elements of the User Interface in the OS and all third party software are way too small and none of them were designed with a touch use in mind.
