LEGO Ninjago Jay's Storm Fighter 9442

Lego Ninjago is a new subdivision from LEGO line. I have no doubt with the quality and the price for me to get this LEGO set is meet my <$0.10 per piece rule of thumb. The only thing is Lego Ninjago involves many small pieces that easy to lose. If you have a young child that is still developing their "clean up" routine, you might need to keep your eyes for him/her on the small parts.

There were 3 of us working on the construction. One adult and children ages 6 and 8. We all had a good time and fun working together, finding pieces etc. Most of the assembly was done by the 6-year old. A big hit. When pieces fell out of place, it was easy to reinsert them. Not too much play with the completed piece.

While this one was a better deal at only twenty bucks compared to Cole's more expensive vehicle, it definitely didn't look as cool as a finished product. This was also a bit sturdier than Cole's vehicle but it still had it moments when touching it the wrong way was doomed to require a rebuild.This was another toy that wasn't cool enough or a sturdy enough build to make it to the keeper shelf.Keep an eye on the price. These have gotten way too pricey for what you get. A good rule of thumb for a reasonably priced Lego set is ten to fifteen cents per Lego piece unless there a lot of really specialized pieces like minifigures, dinosaurs, etc.

I would highly recommend this for 9 or 10 year old Lego enthusiasts. My grandson loved putting it together on Christmas Day...it is Awesome! It took about an hour for him to complete it...I was amazed at how great he did...but he is very good at following directions and completing Lego kits...I was so proud of him...If your child loves Ninjagos...this is a great investment!

My granddaughter is a bit of a tomboy and has asked for Ninjago Lego sets for Christmas this year. I know she is going to love this set. The price was great and the delivery was very quick. In fact, it arrived a day early. It's wrapped and under the tree and I can't wait to see her face when she opens it!

when you don't live in the same part of the country as your grandkids you look for ways to connect. This is a great option and you can't go wrong with Legos. The product was just as presented and arrived in perfect condition and he loves it. Delivery was earlier than promised.

Lego's reputation speaks for itself. My son loves these sets and plays with them constantly. Although it is more fun to do together, the directions are easy enough for him to put together himself if he just can't wait. All the parts are always there and usually some extras as well.

As we put this toy together we came across a part that showed a decal. When we finished there were no decals for this toy any where. We were disappointed by this as the box showed many decals and makes a good looking toy. We could not find a order number for these. This was not the first time the box showed decals and none to be had. WHY show and don't put in??????
