Go with oem, leaked Quickly
I needed to service the transmission on my 2012 F350 6.7l and I operate my own shop here in Washington state so I purchased the Motorcraft fluid here on Amazon to do the job myself. I decided to save money on the transmission gasket kit as I'd purchased the Motorcraft fluid which has unfortunately bit me in the ass as less than 2,000 miles later the gasket is leaking. I cleaned both mating surfaces well and torqued everything to spec. Now I'll have to spend another $100+ on fluid and now another $100 on the gasket set versus having spend an extra $60 the first time. This is something worth spending the money for OEM on.
