I was surprised by how well this works. Super Colon Detox definitely kept me going to the toilette during the 15 day colon cleanse I needed because I've was tired, and feeling really low. I thought, perhaps cleaning my gut will help with nutrient absorbtion. I eat whole foods, I take multivitamins, and I don't drink. My gut had been feeling bloated after a small meal, I was constipated, and I just wasn't feeling myself.After I taking this product 15th days,I felt like a new man. I lost 9 lbs, I have energy, and I feel like my thinking is 10x more clear. In reading, I discovered that gut dysfunction can lead to many health orders that can be prevented with a simple colon cleanse like you find with Vita Nutra's Super Colon Detox. It was powerful and gentle. Knowing the probiotics existed with this colon detox made it more appealing knowing that my gut was being protected.

First use: I took 2 capsules at 10pm and was awake w/ light bloating by 4am. This was my warning sign to stay alert and make it to the toilet soon. Lol. By 4:30 am I was up and my system was moving and blasting off! The bloating mostly stopped after that.Please know this knowing you may wake up in the middle of the night. You also want to be around a bathroom for a while...ya know...just in case there is more movement after the initial event. :)I'll update if anything different or unusual happens during the next 15 days!

I purchased this in hopes to have a good detox for my stomach and omg….I literally was in so much pain! I tried this for 4 days and every day was the same. Like I’m talking just pure discomfort and stomach cramping pain! I would not recommend this for my worse enemy. Lol I feel so dramatic saying all this. But honestly I feel like I can handle a lot and have done many different cleanses and laxatives as well and have never felt like this cleanse has made me feel.

With just one capsule per night - results were as the product said it would be. Gives a good cleanse.
