Spoiled product - not refundable
Disappointed to have my order arrive in what looked like a mouldy condition, packaging wasn’t damaged so the delivery was fine but the chocolate looked to have spoiled. I was then really disappointed when I went to refund this and was told it was non refundable even in this condition. Poor.

Sturdy nice box
This is stronger than I thought it would be, the design looks bolder than on the photos too. I'm really pleased with this and it's rare to find a gift like this for those who cannot have regular chocolate that is dairy and soya free. My 3 year old grandson will be delighted. Thanks

Moo vegan chocolate
Thus was a gift fir ny grandsons birthday . Everything inside the Bix had melted . Very disappointed as I only discovered this this morning. Wee boy disappointed.
