Upon receiving the package, I noticed it was quite dirty, prompting me to wash it. Despite my efforts, I found dirt inside the lid that was difficult to reach and remained there. Furthermore, the device had poor performance; even after charging it for 3 hours, it would only run for about 1 minute. The blender frequently became jammed, and its functionality did not align with the advertised claims. It operated slowly, and I cannot recommend it. The price I paid felt quite high for what I received.However, I'd like to update my review to mention that after a few days, the customer service team reached out to me. They provided a full refund and sent a replacement unit. I appreciate their excellent customer care, and based on this positive resolution, I would now rate my experience 5 stars.

The media could not be loaded.  Only had this delivered 6/04/24 was away over Easter only started using it Friday 19/04/24 and it’s not charging

I am very pleased and happy with this portable blender machine to mix fruits and water in it to turn it into a nice smoothie and great for milkshakes as well to be quire honest. Ease of cleaning and great fantastic performance

This is a great item but it was sent without the separate flat bottom piece which allows the blade mixer to be removed and the container to be used as a separate drinking vessel.

Really poor product. Takes over 2 hours to charge and I have had to charge after every time using it. So so bad

Great design but the battery only lasts after making 3 smoothies and the charger isnt great it's a real shame as I wanted to keep it but I want something that I don't have to charge after each smoothie to make sure it works plus it's on the expensive side and I don't think it's worth it

It comes without the recipe book and very little information on how to work the device. I for the first use put frozen fruit in it and it didn’t like it. I waited till fruit had softened and then it blended ok. Out of 10 I would say 6

Originally I bought this product and there was a something wrong with the first product. The seller was quick to action, sending me another and giving a refund. So first and foremost for me that is a five star service.Now about the product: If you are considering getting this product here is what to know.First it is light and portable. I have used it to blend frozen mangos, cucumber and spinach. I was surprised by how good it came out. The first time I tried it came out more like a slushy with a few bits of fruits lightly chopped as opposed to blended. However when I added more liquid the second time I tried to make this sometime. The content was very much like a smoothie/juice as I wanted.If you are blending frozen fruits, be aware of how much quantity of solid fruit and liquid you add. The blender performs much better when there is a good amount of liquid and not too many frozen or hard fruits.When blending ginger that had been cut into pieces and beetroots, it performed well on the first go. It is easy to clean as well.What to consider before buying, this is really a personal blender as opposed to a family size. That is to say, it makes plenty of juice/smoothies for 1 person but would say consider something else if you want to make huge quantity.As it is a bottleneck, you either have to put things from the bottom and then close it that way or cut things into little piece.Of course a big blender will have plenty of advantages including direct line power. However considering that this is portable, light and make good smoothie I would give this a 4.5 star!
