This is a case to grasp your phone with and gives a small layer of protection if you drop it; I certainly think it’s wise to have a phone in a case to prevent scuffing, mitigate if it drops, and to generally be the fall guy for anything that might permanently affect the appearance of the phone. The Iphone 14 is pretty well protected on the screen so this won't bring a lot of extra protection. It is a back cover with a bit of a ledge that you gives you the ability to charge cordlessly via Magsafe protocols. It's not aesthetically offensive, but neither is it pleasing -- it's a black silicon. It's described in its headline as "vegan leather," and subsequently lists the material as "leather." It probably can't be both and vegan leather, whatever that is, feels a lot like a nice plastic treatment. This is a case to use if your nicer case falls apart, and it's nice to have a backup, but for an item that has become something of an appendage for most people, we want a little more luxe. Nothing wrong here, it's just not going to get a lot of use.

This is a pretty nice case. I usually go with something more rubbery, but I decided to try this one out.The leather-like back feels nice, and the sides are shiny plastic that looks pretty good when brand new, but I don’t know how long they will stay that way after the case gets banged around a bit.Sadly, I applied a camera lens protector to my new phone, and it makes the camera bump a bit bigger. This case is made to perfectly fit the original camera bump size, so now it doesn’t fit my phone anymore. If the hole in the back was just a tiny bit bigger, it would still fit.If you do t want to use a camera lens protector, the case fits great and it does look fancier than most cases without going too far that it looks gaudy.

The case is sophisticated giving you a very clean and sharp look for those times when your other phone case isn't really the image you want to present.The vegan leather (cactus or other plant based) is perfect for a phone case, it offers the look and feel of fine grained leather without the cost of leather.This case does offer some drop protection though I don't recommend throwing your phone around.The case is well described, fits well and durable for most every day use offering a much more stylish look than what most phone cases have to offer.

This case is beautifully crafted. It’s nice and leathery with a beautiful golden trim. It got my iPhone 14 plus perfectly and protected it as it should. It it MagSafe capable as I had no trouble charging or sticking it to my car phone holder.
