So far so good (TBD)
I received this very quickly within the week, as it came from Rome, Italy. I followed the instructions (easy to follow) and sent it back out. Collection was painless. This came through DHL, so the return label is also DHL. I contacted DHL through chat, and they set up a pickup at my house the same day. So all that was quick and easy. I received confirmation they’ve received my kit back in Rome at the lab, so now I’m waiting on my results. I will update my review when I get them, but so far so good.
