Company Retaliates for Returns
I sent this item back in the condition it came in because the boots didn’t fit my wife. This company contacted Amazon and had them flag my account for a return of a poor condition product. The company apparently retaliates returns in this way. Fighting with Amazon now regarding this. Product didn’t fit as described and looked like it had been used.
