I’m very happy with this range hood. It delivers powerful suction that quickly removes smoke, steam, and cooking odors—even when I’m cooking at high heat. The multiple fan speeds make it easy to adjust based on what I’m preparing. One of the best features is how quiet it is. Even on higher settings, it doesn’t overpower the kitchen with noise, so conversations can continue comfortably. Great product. Out of the box, installation was not difficult but that is also because I replaced an existing vent. Even if it was on a new wall, I don’t think installation would be an issue for someone who is a bit handy with tools. Removing the protective film was a job for sure. After installing, this works great. It has been about 4 weeks and the fan is quiet, and the flow of air is great. It moves a lot of air at lowest speed and we have mostly used it on 1 or 2 speed while doing a lot of Indian cooking. The hood is large and looks nice and sturdy. The bad - the motion sensor worked for first 10 minutes. It doesn’t matter what I do now, it does not work. The buttons to turn on the light and fan are all touch buttons. You must look at the button and press the right place, and sometime I have to find the right place to press the button. They really should replace it with something else. Other issue is how it changes the speed. You must go linear from speed 1 to 2 to 3 and 4, and then off. So from speed 1 to turn off, you must press the button 4 times. You can hit the power button as well, but that mean next time you need to power on before use it. It’s just bad interface. The best part is how much airflow it handles at a low noise. The filters are high quality and I can put them in dishwasher. I think it is great value for money.

Update After I mentioned a light humming issue in my review, the company reached out right away to help. First, they sent replacement bulbs and a new control panel, but the humming was still there. Next, they sent a new power panel—which completely fixed the problem. I worked with Emma during the whole process, and she was a pleasure to deal with. Her follow-up was excellent—she even responded immediately when I updated her at 4 a.m. Eastern that everything was finally working! The product itself deserves 5 stars, but their customer service deserves 100. It’s rare these days to find a company with this level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Highly recommended! Love the fan however when light is on it makes a very loud hum that over time gets irritating. Other than that love it Revised so I wrote the review above then recieved a message from IKTCH apologizing for the issue and offered a full refund. I thought wow what a great company this is and was very impressed. So I did what email said and typed in full refund and never received any answer or reply back. I’m not sure if this was a scam or what but went from happy to disappointed. This 30" iKTCH IKP02 was very easy to install. The manual is very easy to follow, plus there are videos on Youtube that shows how to install it, if you are a visual person (which I found very helpful). This product is very well made and looks great in our kitchen. There are 4-fan speeds and they work like a charm. You can hear and see how well it functions. Cleaning the filters are a cinch! You can either wash them in your dishwasher or spray them with a degreaser and soak them in your sink. They don't need replaced, just need washed. How much easier could it be! We are so happy with our new range hood, and the high-tech motion sensor controls really bring it up a notch...and it also has a remote control to boot...whats not to love about this. We truly highly recommend this product if you are looking for a nice, well made, good quality product without breaking your bank and still get a high quality producrt.

Nice hood great suction. Only issue is if it is going in a kitchen with an 8' ceiling watch the height you hang it at or the venting cover will give you some grief.

Easy to install, looks great in our new kitchen and works as intended. Also powerful.
