The steam effect was very good. However, there was an odor that came along with it. Not sure if it was smell of heated plastic or that this odor needed to burn off in time. Decided to return it.Style is good but couldn’t get past smell!

I love this steamer. My face is so much cleaner I also use it to stem my hair when I deep condition it. I have a black head vaccum I got on here which I use along with the steamer to really get my black heads out.

After several uses, the heat of the machine warps the plastic of the resevoir where the water is held. The knob is now stuck, and the bottom has come off. This is the second one I've bought 😐 the first was an older version with a smaller resevoir. Same thing happened to it. I tried to take proper precautions like only using it for one session and not back to back and also removing the resevoir and removing the cap after use. Still happened...and it happened after the return period so I can't do anything about it but count the loss. It works well until that point though.

I absolutly love this steamer! I use it to open up my pores before I put on a face mask on and sometimes just to relax! Everyone should invest in one of these! It has improved my skin so much!

**Update** I emailed the company after I posted the review to get a new tank and they never replied. Unresponsive seller. ☹️ I was loving the steamer until the bottom of the water tank completely came off. Now it leaks if I try to use it. Has this happened to anyone else?

This is the best steamer I have bought yes it has a slight plastic smell that goes away I’m weeks but it is amazing compact does it’s job and is well designed

The media could not be loaded.  Awesome and powerful steamer. Easy to use. Doesn't spray water like my old one would randomly do. I use it 2-3 twice a week. Makes my face feel clean. Has help reduce my breakouts.

This is a cheapest product I ever got on Amazon. I thought it looks good for the whole design. But I only used once then the water tank broken. Don't buy it. Don't Wasted your money on it
