5.1 delight
This product gets mixed reviews. First up download the manual, this is essential to make the correct adjustments. Bluetooth works a treat & connects up the surrounds and sub automatically on switching on. I have this connected to an Atmos/DTS-X tv via eARC hdmi which provides 2 way information. The main criticism is that the bass is way to heavy & it is! Crazy heavy! Go to the menu by holding down the >|| button then scroll through the sub menu to the Neural setting & switch it off, this is poorly implemented & gives too much bass, then still in the menu select Bass Boost & switch that off too, that largely deals with the ridiculous bass that comes preset. I also have the bass set low on the handset (bottom left). Other reviewers complain about the rear surround speakers volume being too low, hold down the SURR button for a few seconds and increase the volume to the surrounds till you get the desired balance. The EQ button sets a nice base level when selected to movies on Amazon Prime, when listening to Amazon Music I set the EQ to not surpringly music. These implementations work well. I find the sound quality of the system is excellent. One other criticism some have is a hum from the rear speakers. I have not noticed this, but I have installed ferrite chokes on all 3 power cables just before the box plug ins, I also put a choke on the speaker cable at the entry to the left speaker. Chokes are easy to place & require no technical knowledge. I can't recommend this product highly enough, well worth €210 as it performs well above expectations

Super simple powerful surround sound
It automatically switches itself on or off. There are many settings from a equaliser point of view and the wireless speakers make this versatile and easy to place around the room. I only use the sound on about five or 6 out of 100 it is so loud.! Amazing EQ system on the 5.1 Dolby Atmos really makes impact to the quality of television watching especially with film and live sports. There is also a nighttime mode that reduces the base. I’m using mine with a Hisense Tv which integrates fantastically

Great sound and value, BUT TURN BASS BOOST OFF!!
If your an audiophile then may not be the best option. But for the price it’s great value and excellent sound. BUT word of warning! Find the hidden menu and turn base boost off!!!! I nearly sent it back as it was awful sound! Once that was off and a few tweaks to base and treble sound is fantastic! But the hidden menu is the key and a bit of a pain to work as the screen is next to useless! For price point great just fiddly to setup from a sound point of view.

Seems to have a few bugs
I brought this to replace an old Panasonic 5.1 system that I had for many years. I had brought a new Hisense U8K with e-arc support so I thought I would have no issues with this.First annoying thing was that the soundbar has the power one end and the hdmi port at the other. Fixable but if you have it on a TV cabinet it is a bit messy to route the cables. Another issue, a common one is the power cables being a little short, especially for the rear speakers. Luckily I have power sockets behind the sofa but it could be awkward otherwise.Once I had it connected to the TV it looked set to go. The TV could detect it and showed the correct settings, well most of them at least. The Dolby setting was greyed out but apparently on since it seemed to work with Dolby content. The rear speakers connected up fine but seemed a bit weak. Guessed I could probably sort that out later. Bass wasn't great either.Started up some 4K movie just to check everything was okay. It was getting late and the sound system was very loud. So, I get the TV remote and turn the sound down. The TV and sound bar happily showed the volume going down..and then the sound bar decided volume down on the remote meant volume UP. Couldn't stop it getting louder so pulled the plug. Fetch the sound bar remote and start the TV. Sound bar responds to e-arc commands but shows Optical on the front, no Optical is plugged in.Finally gave up on e-arc and actually plugged in an optical cable. Seems to work far better.

Accurate review
Amazing speakers! This is an upgrade going from 2.1 channel system to 5.1, the rear speakers sound incredible watching almost anything on tv or film. The bass is a bit over powering but this can be turned down.LG tv owners a word of warning, the hisense remote tries talking to the telly (must be the same software inside of both) an example of this- if you click the 'Surr' button on the hisense remote, the tv automatically opens disney plus??? but you can still use the remote for the speaker with little issue.Highly recommend these speakers to anyone, the sound is great! it takes some time to get used to audio coming from behind you but like i previously said, it's not something i'm used to with my old 2.1 channel set up

Brilliant surround sound for the price!
Having sold home cinema and hifi for years at £200 you can’t get a similar quality surround sound experience.I bought the 5.1 version of the pack. The sub and rear speakers are wireless and you need 1 power socket for the sub and 1 for the right rear speaker and there is an RCA line out cable that goes to the left speaker. It uses hdmi arc very well but also has optical composite and headphone in. It can also use Bluetooth to play music from your phone.Set up was easy, my new LG tv needed me to manually switch the HDMI arc as the main sound output. But after that I don’t really need to use the soundbar remote as the tv remote can now do all the work.My only advisory is the sub woofer can be quite “boomy” and I’d suggest turning the bass down using the soundbar remote and making sure the port on the back of the sun isn’t against a wall. The bass is very good but when it booms it loses its accuracy and can be hard on the ears. All round though, excellent little surround sound system on a tighter budget.
