Tasty gel
Tasty trail food that works but no caffeine buzz. For reference I drink a cup of home made cold brew in the AM and another after dinner. I cannot predict the caffeine intake from them but know I am not a high volume user so should feel some effect from this pack but do not. Not a complaint just how it affects me.Taste is good like a gooey expresso.

Strong taste - Try before buying in bulk
The title of my review says it all. I bought them b/c I was constantly running out of gels and wanted to get in bulk, and these had caffeine and came via Prime shipping. However, the flavor makes me kind of nauseous. They may be fine for you, but I recommend trying before buying in bulk.

I love this gel.
I am a coffee lover and know the good effect caffeine has on athletes. The fact it is 85% organic makes me come back more and more. And the flavor is just great.I am a triathlete with plenty of wins under my belt and marathon runner with multiple qualifications to Boston's. My secret pre race fuel contains a shot of Cuban coffee. The rest..is secret.
