Moen 82603 Tub & Shower Adler 1-Handle 4-Spray Tub and Shower Faucet with Valve in Chrome

I have standardized and use these in all my rental houses. They look nice and last a long time. Simple one valve control. If it does get tired after a few years the cartridge is easily replaceable, putting it back into "like new" condition.

That said, once we got the job done, (we are not plumbers so it was a little scary) we are very happy with the results. I want to add here, that Moen has a great website with lots of helpful videos including the one we needed to install this model number.

Had to replace the cartridge after 2 years of very light use. This is installed in the guest bathroom and only used about 30 times a year. We have hard water and my guess is that it became plugged with lime scale. The cartridge was easy to replace and was $40. Hope I don't have to do this every 2 years while my company are waiting to bathe

The valve is high quality. It was easy to install and works perfectly. The handle is solid. Together, they are worth the total price, which was $20 less than the big box store.However, the tub spout and the shower head don't measure up. They look like they were thrown in for free.

Bought this to replace a different brand that was installed at our camp. This brand has readily bought replacement parts that can be acquired from local hardware stores. We had to replace other every year because one little plastic piece would always freeze and crack after winterizing and couldn’t just buy specific part needed. Instructions were good, had to play with getting temperature set correctly. Finish is nice. Overalls very pleased with purchase.

This item is not working it is defected after installation no water going throughout the vale it look like I am wasting my money now it holding me behind the working need to get done do not this model it also out date i can't see any cartilage for it also.. the seller know its not working and they still selling...

Great item. VERY sturdy and the quality looks and feels great!I searched all over and this Moen Adler was the most reasonably priced online or in local stores which sell for $50 to 70 more.
