It has brought out a lot of creative play for her over the last month and we are very happy with the purchase!
Opted to get this for our 2 1/2 year old daughter for Christmas. I'm somewhere in the middle on assembly required. Not inept, not a handyman. Took me maybe an hour to get it together. The roof was the toughest part and there was one or two times where I wished I had someone else handy to hold a piece in place, but it was on the easier end of assembly projects I've worked through. Directions and part storage were actually pretty good. You'll have a decent amount of styrofoam and cardboard to get rid of when you're done.I'm happy with what you get for the price. It's reasonably solid, offers a decent collection of furniture pieces, and it's a good size for a toddler to play and explore. Our daughter absolutely loves it and her collection of toys and figurines all but live in there now. I like that it's Frozen themed enough if your child is a fan of the movie, but aside from a small Olaf and the label on the roof it's subtle. It has brought out a lot of creative play for her over the last month and we are very happy with the purchase. Only shortcomings are the plastic staircase (which is not secured) tends to pop off and the fireplace that rests on a wooden stand is quick to fall over at the slightest bump. Otherwise make sure you account for the measurements. It's not small.

Beautiful, sturdy, and my toddler loves it!
My 3 year old LOVES this dollhouse!!! She got it as a birthday gift. My husband put it together while I put her to bed. It took him about 3.5 hours by himself but he said it was straight forward and easy to assemble, he just went slowly. As other reviews already state, the beds are too short for the regular sized dolls (my toddler noticed but we didn’t make a big deal of it and she has no issues with putting her dolls to bed in them even though they don’t fit...she actually tells the dolls they’ve grown. 😂😂) and the stairs are not attached and fall off easily (my toddler actually likes “fixing” the stairs when it falls with her tool set and gets very proud of herself for doing it all by herself). All in all, it’s great, sturdy, my toddler LOVES it!

Best dollhouse around!!!!!
Absolutely loved this house. I bought it for my daughter and was surprised at the size, how well made everything was and how easy it was to put together. The instructions are super easy to read, color coated screws and great graphics. Money well spent. Now the standard dolls do not lay in the beds properly, they have to sit up some, but the beds actually have cushion, which was unexpected.

My 4 year old is in love with this. I'm a little luke-warm about the whole thing
It is really pretty and my daughter loves it. It took me less than an hour to put together, but the stairs didn't snap together, I had to use our heat gun to fix it. I don't think most people have one of those, so the toy maker should fix the design. The laminate scene inside is nice, but I wonder how long it will last. Part of the flooring was already messed up when I got it out of the box, but I kept it anyways because exchanging it wasn't worth the hassle. There's also these lame "towers" that kind of flop about on the top that my daughter had me take off. I'm not thrilled about the quality, but my daughter has played with it a ton, so if it makes her happy, it was a good purchase.

Take your time, but worth it in the end
I really like this playhouse. It's actually very sturdy more sturdy than my ikea dresser. Took me about an hour in half to set it up. I messed up in some parts but it was a quick fix once I realized I screwed in a piece wrong. The instructions say to use a screw driver that was taking so long and was hurting my wrist so I just used my drill. The chairs and bed are made from actual wood and are sturdy as well not plastic. The only issue is putting on the stairs the pictures dont show a correct way to attach it. So I just unscrewed the the two screws that held the long side piece with the base and put it and then just screwed it back in. I did it last night so I cant wait for my daughter to wake up and see it. She has been asking for a doll house for a while and I know she will love this one.

The best castle you will ever buy!
This house is amazing. My daughter absolutely loved it! I love that it is wood and isn’t so cheap like the barbie castles we have had in the past. It’s very tall, taller than my 7 year old. She was so excited and in shock. My husband put it together in about an hour. He said its pretty easy to assemble. It’s very sturdy and it’s lots of fun! I can tell she will get a lot of use of it.

It's sturdy and seems to be pretty solid
My daughter absolutely loves this dollhouse. It's sturdy and seems to be pretty solid.Assembly took awhile. Everything has to be put together. Mostly everything is wood including the accessories with the exception of 2 things, which I like. It won't be easily torn up by toddlers. Worth every penny imo.

Fun and great size for my 5 yo, but not big enough for the furniture. Install easier than expected.
Compared to other dollhouses, it was fairly straightforward to put together. Parts and hardware were well-labeled. Screws were packaged separately for each install step. The loss of 2 stars was for the furniture accessories. The sofa and throne arrived with backs broken off and the piano bench had all 4 legs snapped off. The house also is not "deep" enough for the furniture- the legs on the 2 beds hang off of the front edge even if the headboard is against the back wall. The staircase also does not attach securely to the side of the house and, though not a really big deal, I did not have a good answer for my perceptive daughter, who questioned how Anna and Elsa get up to their bedrooms.

Ottimo acquisto

On adore
