Total Gym

This Toatl Gym is easy to set up and easy to use. I really like it so far. Seems to be very sturdy. The price was great compared to what you see on TV. I'm going to be curious as to the wear and tear on the product . . . so far so good.

I love this total gym. The price is right and you get all the attachments you really need. No extra money needs to be spent, and with the price of each attachment you'd pay for the machine itself. I will say the foot plate is small so I may purchase the larger one. But I have small feet so not a big deal for me. Great machine well worth the money.!

We dont have time to go to gym & his brother had a smaller model with up to 8 levels i think & he loved it. So we got this & I love it. Comes with everything u could need, only thing is I want a larger/longer foot plate, which would be very useful for lower body. There are some little issues with welding on machine I noticed & the pad it came with is nearly unusable which is why I took away a star.To fix I cut 2 pieces off the mat and just put them under the feet. I recommend getting a medium box to keep all extras in as you have to take everything off to put away. It won't fit under OUR bed & I wanted in living room anyway so we keep upright against a wall & its not too bad.Comes with old school DVD that we don't have a way to watch but there are plenty of YouTube tutorials I found for workouts & a lot of it is intuitive.To sum it all up though, it gets us to workout when we otherwise wouldn't have, so if that's where you're at, get it. Don't NEED anything else. Fiancé is about 290lbs and 6'1 and it is fine for him

I must say that I am enamor with this product. If you are thinking about getting one, I advice that you do because you won't regret it. Make sure to read the instructions. ATTENTION: You tube has all the videos you need from the manufacture to get you started, just type Total Gym Direct or the name of the machine.Pros. Cons.Easy to use Be careful folding the machine or you will lose a finger, follow the instructions.A full gym The manufacture should have installed wheels to move around.Plenty of accessories with the kitYou get a great workoutCan't beat the priceTake little space when foldedMany other great things to list..A little about me: I am prior service Navy and Army, this machine will get you where you need to be. After the military I gained about 35 to 40 lb due to life, lol. I decided to destroy the fat and get back in shape. I didn't want to enroll in a gym or run as much. As a half my lifetime Total Gym User I have to say, everytime I open a new Total Gym i am more impressed. This is my favorite, I felt like how I felt 15 years ago the first time I opened a Total Gym- the nostalgia washed over me like a soft gentle wave. Seriously though, this machine is superb; and a 350 LBS limit!! so amazing!

Great machine great workouts, the only problem I am having is when I unfold the unit I have a difficult time onlocking the spring loaded pin.

Easy to use, great for a quick workout or just to burn some extra energy while doing something healthy.

This gym is amazing!! Because of my situation I have to take it down and setup each use and it is simple and easy. I'm 6ft and 265 and it is large enough to hold me comfortably. The action is smooth and resistance is even. Provides a great workout and stretch at the same time. Well worth the investment and pay a little more for one that has additional attachments. Use it 5 times a week. Love it!
