Had these recommended by a few friends, only been taking them for a few weeks so yet to feel a difference but the ingredients are all there so price wise, if you’re a taker of a range of supplements, it can save you money in the long run with them being combined into one dose! My friends raved about them, ease of joint pain, more alert and less sluggish, worth a try for anyone at this price!

I originally bought these tablets to help with the night-time cramps I would experience from time to time. They do seem to be reducing the number of cramps I experience however, I have noticed that when I take two tablets together, I feel anxious with an increased heart rate. This doesn't happen if I only take one so I'll continue to do that. I've been increasing my exercise level recently and I don't feel as fatigued as usual - I'm wondering if these tablets have something to do with it. I will continue and finish the bottle and re-assess.

Great product

I’ve been suffering from cramp for too long. These tablets simply work. No more night cramps even after 20 mile bike rides and 5/6 mile walks. 1 in the morning then another at night. 100% they just work brilliantly.

Good value size and price compared to some I've seen on here. You have to take two a day with a full glass of water. They are not that big compared to an average paracetamol tablet but swallow quickly to avoid the salty taste. To early to tell if they are helping me as I've only just started taking them. Apparently these are a must for anyone starting a low carb or strict keto diet. I'm hoping they will help with my energy levels and avoid some of the side affects of a low carb diet. I will update after this after a month.
