Cools the CPU and does a decent job of that.
I gave it 5 stars as it keeps the CPU really cool and That is why I bought it. Unfortunately I can't stand the color changing LEDs and have it in a glass sided desk tower so it is very distracting however it keeps the CPU cool while doing 3D rendering which bumps power consumption from 35W to 95W for a few minutes and that is why I have it. Would recommend it for the cooling service, not so keen on the strobing LEDs.

Nice fan, flimsy part.
Nice looking fan. I had to remove the fan so I could remove the motherboard to send out for warranty work. As I was trying to get the last screw out (and having a hard time getting it out) I noticed that the screw's nut on the backside was spinning inside the plastic housing. I'll have to see if I can find their website and see if they'll replace it or if I have to buy it. Either way, I need a replacement while the motherboard is out for repairs. If not for that small problem, it would be a 5-star review.

Really Nice Fan
I bought this fan for my grandson's computer. The fan he had was pretty old and it was making a lot of noise. This fan is really quiet and works VERY well. It is kind of colorful too, which he likes quite a bit. The main thing is that it keeps the processor cool and since he plays a lot of online video games, that is quite important. He is more than happy with the new fan.

System shutdowns from overheating
I know that this is a low-profile fan and won't move air like a bigger cooler, but I didn't expect it to work as poorly as it did with an i9-14900KF. It is advertised to work on all LGA1700 CPUs, but that appears to be under almost no load for the i9 as I couldn't even stay on the Call of Duty home screen without breaching 80c and the system shutting down automatically so the CPU doesn't fry out.I would have thought that with a lower profile fan moving less air that it would at least properly cover the CPU for better thermal transfer, but there is this tiny copper contact point barely the size of a penny that doesn't even cover 50% of the CPU.It just isn't built to get rid of heat fast enough on a higher end CPU. Advertising should be adjusted to max this thing out with an i7. Buyer beware.

Good cooler if needed.
I'm giving this 5 stars because it did exactly what I needed. I was having heat issues using the stock cooler with my i5-12400f ( had my CPU hit around 80-90c while gaming). I got the i70c cooler as a replacement I personally wanted the "RGB stock cooler look" no issues with it. RGB plugged up to all my other RGB stuff and imo was a great improvement for looks over stock cooler. Cooler its self is keeping my i5-12400f CPU at around 75c while at 100% usage. I'm not sure if I would run this on higher end cpus but for lower end CPUs this should work just fine. I will say I have mini itx build so in a bigger build you might see better numbers.I wouldn't say this is a "upgrade over stock cooler" if your looking for cooling but I can say this is a great alternative if your in need of a stock cooler.
