It arrived with all the items listed. However the latex balloons were mainly 1 color. I received 1 of each color and the rest were red.You also have to watch how large you inflate the balloons bc they will pop if too large.The tablecloth was rather short and made for a toddler oblong table, so that looked weird.You have to put the cupcake stakes and happy birthday banner together. Make sure you allot time for that.Other than that, it did its job and looked alright

Everything arrived as expected and shown. Very happy with the decorations

Poor quality items. Tablecloth is very small. Colors are not bright. The balloons are extremely thin and burst super easily.

The table cloth was comically small, and the large character balloons were not very large and would not float with helium in them. The star balloons were also comically small. I made do with it because I didn’t have time to order something else, but this was definitely a very disappointing purchase and a waste of money

It comes with everything you need for your party 3 med sized helium balloons and 3 smaller helium balloons plus regular balloons and plates (both cake and dinner), forks, spoons, knives and cups plus napkins. as well as a Happy Birthday banner and a table cloth (but it’s a bit on the short side) all in all I’m happy with the purchase for how much is included and how cheap it is. I give it 5 stars all the way but my phone/ app isn’t working right so that’s why I came out as only for on the categories
