I am very happy with these. I had prior bunion surgery and afterwards, my big toe moved to rubbing constantly on the second toe. With this insert, I can walk several miles without getting blisters which was not possible before. I had previously tried silicone blister bandages to wrap the second toe before walks but it didn't help much. These inserts are perfect for me. I got the size small. I am female with size 8 shoe, weight 112 and it is very comfortable. I don't think they would stay in place without wearing a sock over my foot with the insert in place. It is soft enough that I can wear normal width shoes including loafers. My running shoes are wider in the toe box and the insert stays in place inside my sock. The height seemed fine on the size small separator.

It works well, it's soft and comfortable with all types of shoes, highly recommended 👌

I have thin feet and my big toe gets sore on the side because the toe next to it pushes into the side. I have used cotton balls as a spacer and they are great for a little while and then slip out of place. These spacers are made with a very cushy silicone like gel. They look like miniature I beams with thin layers os the silicone as beams to hold the spacer in place. One of the top bars is much thinner than the other. This is important to know as I originally thought I would place the thin beam below my toes (ie when walking I would "feel" it less.) Well, I found that is a really hard way to use as when you pull up your socks, the thicker beam on top will pull up and bend over a bit creating a hump under the sock. Reversing it so that the thin beam is on top makes it a whole lot easier. The beam will still bend up a bit on occasion, but with a little patience you can pinch through the sock and get it to lay flat. Once the sock is up, the spacers have never shown a problem. They are very comfortable and I wear them all day without any difficulty. (Twice now I have gone to bed, pulled off my socks and called in a night - forgetting I had the spacers in place..) Do they work? for me they are a perfect solution. My pain on the side of my toe is gone and I am now finding I don't even have to wear the spacers very day. I have not tried to clean them yet... Being soft cushy silicone I expect them to be a bit challenging to clean. But they really don't pick up much. I would also recommend being careful with the size for what you need. I bought the large based upon reading reviews. For between my big toe and the next, the size is perfect. (I am a B width, size 11 mens. But if I was looking to space between some of my smaller toes, I think these would be too big. Net: I am very happy with the product. Just be aware when you get them to watch how the spacers are placed to make out easiest for you to pull socks over.

The best thing is, they stay in place! Comfortable to wear all day AND all night. I wash it once a day, and it stays in place. I have wore one of these continually for 7 months now, and as long as your shoes are not too tight they work fine in shoes. You get plenty of them in a pack.

These are basic toe spacers that are no different than the rest you see on Amazon. For many people I’m sure they do their job decently well, but for me (5’10 male, 185 lbs athletic build with job where I’m on my feet all day and am very active) these simply don’t spread my toes enough to help my bunion and also end up moving around in my sock and getting out of place to where they aren’t useful for me. I’m not sure if larger versions exist but my three star review reflects my personal experience with this product. If you are a smaller person who is less active these may be perfectly fine for you, so please keep that in mind.

I use these regularly, I have a bunion and they help with keeping the big toe from rubbing the next one. They seem to be good quality; I can use them for almost a year when using 1 a day but not the same one. The pack comes in 10 and I use 5 at a time, mainly for work. I wash them in warm soapy water and reuse. They have a thick middle with one side thin and one side thicker. I wear them with the thick side on the bottom to help cushion. They are easy to use, and I don't have any problems with socks. I really like the design; they stay in place. They fit good and don't stretch out or lose their shape. They really do last a long time so It's a great value for what you get.

This is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. I didn’t know anything about it and my toe next to my big toe was giving me a problem and I really hadn’t been thinking that I have a bunion or all the things that were mentioned and I think I bought it because of the price more than thinking that it would work, but boy was I surprised I put it on and the pain between my two toes stopped and I am a person who needs to wear compression socks and I hadn’t been able to wear them because they pressed my toes together when I put these on I think I felt like twirling around. I was able to put my compression socks on because I sit a lot in the caregiving. I do I would advise anybody who’s toes are bothering them test them out they are marvelous. I didn’t know how to measure so I just chose the large one and they fit perfectly it’s a great buy, and I am so happy because so many things don’t turn out as they advertise. Try it. I think you’ll be very very impressed and your toes will stop Pressing bunions or no bunions calluses or no calluses. You’ll be a happy foot person like I am.

These Toe Spacers are comfortable and they do create a space between my toes which will help me avoid getting a bunion so I really appreciate them. I should note that you do feel them but it is impossible not to feel something placed between 2 toes. They do not irritate my toes in any way and you get used to the feeling. I have tried other spacers which were not as comfortable as these. I recommend these spacers if you need to create space between 2 toes.
