This wheel block makes a big difference for indoor training. It keeps the bike stable and level, which makes longer rides more comfortable. The gel design holds the wheel securely without slipping and feels durable. A must-have if you’re using a trainer at home.

The block works well holding the front tire of the bike in place. The height of the block levels the bike as its in the trainer for a feel similar to beinf on the road. It’s larger than it appears in pictures (Just an FYI)

Seems to work well, is a lot larger than it looks in the picture. Gray part is hard plastic and doesn't slip on the floor. The "reddish" part is soft and a little gummy so it grips the tire well.

I was looking for a better block and found it. There are not a lot of choices and the prices seem high for a small item but this one is clearly the best I have used.
