Very high quality. The drawers glide very smoothly and the toolbox has a much higher weight capacity than my mid-range Sears toolboxes.

Great toolbox
Great toolbox.. My husbands loves it! Build strong and the drawers open very smooth. It comes also with a drawers liner. Very happy- it was a great gift for my husband .

I bought craftsman twenty five years it was my first tool box. I need replacement and found out the Waterloo is better made crest.

Amazing and great for everyday use
Came in perfect condition, comfortable to use as an everyday tool box to work out of. vary impressed with this product.

Did not feel like a Professional Series.
Product arrived with dents and the bottom drawer was filled with lots of scratches as the box holding the casters was unsecured, allowing them to bounce all over the drawer. One of the caster bolts did not have any threading. This certainly did not feel like a ~$400 tool chest and I do not recommend it.

Solid rolling tool chest.
Solid rollaway tool chest. It came a little bit dinged up from UPS shipping. But nothing structurally wrong (just a small dent on the bottom corner), so I just lived with it. Not going to take any stars away because of that. It's a very solid, heavy-duty cabinet. Assembly was easy. Looks like it will last a lifetime. Not much more to say. Very pleased.
