It would be nice to have the filters!
I ordered this around the first of the year and loved it!! Ordered filters a few months ago…still, very happy. Today I wanted to add more filters to my Amazon order only to find out that they will no longer ship to me!! So, in the trash it goes…it’s been a great 8 months. On to the next pitcher!UPDATE: I was contacted immediately after posting this review. They were very concerned about my issue and have sent me extra filters while they address this problem. I'm so happy to be able to use this pitcher again!!

Good product and excellent customer service.
First of all, the best customer service ever!! Very prompt reply to my email asking a question. Have had my water pitcher now for about two weeks, and I love it. Took me awhile to get into the routine of filling it and getting it into the refrigerator in a timely manner (I like my water cold), but it is just routine now, and the water tastes way better than the water from my tap.I've tested our water before and after using this product. From an acidic range of 6.5 to 7 pH, our drinking water now has an alkaline range of 8 to 8.5 pH. We used to buy Acqua Panna just to be able to drink alkaline water, and it is bloody expensive. Now with this product, we save money, and the water is tasteless (which is a good thing), and doesn't have an aftertaste.

WOW! Tap water 4.5 ph, filtered water 9.75 ph
I bought this product for my daughter who lives in another city. She’s been buying bottled water and I figured it would save her some money in the long run. I read the positive reviews and selected the Hskyhan product, But, to figure out if it really works, I bought her an electronic ph tester as well. Well, the jury is in and WOW! Tap water was at ph 4.5 and the new filtered product was ph 9.75! I’m sold and will buy another one for me... So far it’s great!

Best water EVER!
We can’t seem to drink enough of this delicious water. In the past, using our Brita, I struggled to get one quart down. Now, I drink 3 quarts a day without blinking an eye! I am so surprised. I also felt thirstier the first 3 days. Looked it up, and that is common as for the first time, your body has LIVE water. My body eventually became satiated and the driving thirst subsided. But I do believe I feel better. More energy - better sense of well being. Highly recommend!!!!

Great tasting water!!
The Hskyhan Alkaline water pitcher is the best water filtering pitcher I have found. I've tried Brita pitchers, and thought they were pretty good, but ran across this one on Amazon, and decided to give it a try. I have to say, I was surprised at how much better the water tasted, much better than even the Brita pitchers could filter. I have been using it for three weeks now, and still have four bars left on the current new filter that I started with. So at this rate, the filters should last me about three months. I use the filtered water for coffee, drinking, and cooking, so I think it's great that they will last that long as much water as I filter. I would definitely recommend this pitcher to anyone!

Best Purchase I've ever made on Amazon
First, want to commend the excellent customer service!!! I had a problem with the LED indicator on the one sent originally, but I didnt even have to reach out, they emailed me first to ask if everything is satisfactory. After explaining I love the results but the indicator is broken, they offered the choice of keep the pitcher and receive a full refund, or keep it and receive a new as well. Top Notch Team!!Now for my product review, I really do love this filter system, and glad I landed on it when searching for a fluoride removing product. With a combination of your pitcher and sometimes mixing a lemonade flavored electrolyte powder, I've gone from 4-6+ sodas per day to zero and it wasnt even a goal! Just happened on it's own thanks to how smooth and refreshing my water now is.And to top it off, the price is already amazing and comes with TWO filters that will last at least 4 months in total, and whenever those need replacing, a set of 2 more is very cheap.So, a breakdown for what this does for me:-Saves me ~$15/mo on the 3 cases of spring water I used to buy monthly.-Made me unwittingly stop drinking 4-6+ sprites per day, saving me about ~$50/mo, not to mention the health benefit.-I love water again, it's nothing I'm forcing myself to drink but something I CRAVE.-I've always worked out and ate somewhat balanced, but due to my old addiction to soda I always had a pot belly. Changed water from 7 to 9 pH
Tested with pH strip and it changed from 7 to 9 after filtration. I was a skeptic but now I’m a believer.

I really loved this filter so much
I really loved this filter so much ! My only problem was when i opened the second filter it looked like it fell somewhere and they pick it back up and packaged it. I rinsed it off and it appears not to have the same quality of the first one i opened other that everything i fine !
