iPhone 14 Pro (ONLY) Defender Series Case - RAIN Check (Blue), Rugged & Durable, with Port Protection, Includes Holster Clip Kickstand

I am a huge fan of otterbox products for protecting my iphones. I have been using them since my first iphone purchase (an iphone 10) and needed to replace the otterbox I bought along with this iphone 14 pro purchase when it was released in 2022. The plug that protects the phone where you plug in the charger finally gave out and frankly the color of the case was looking a little dingy so I found this otterbox and am very happy with my purchase. The royal blue and teal color combination are really pretty and it fits my iphone 14 pro perfectly. Thank you otterbox for another great product and for protecting my iphone 14 pro.

I’ve been using OtterBox’s ever since I started using cell phones about 14 years ago. I’ve had OtterBox is on at least three of my last four phones, and each time these new otter boxes have been really good. One time I had a problem with water getting under an OtterBox, but I am being very careful from now on because I don’t wanna put my phone near a water source. That being said, I ended up ordering the iPhone 14 Pro this past week. I read some of the reviews on the OtterBox for the 14 Pro, and I must disagree that the clip is somehow malfunctioning, or that it doesn’t hold the phone in position. I ended up putting the new OtterBox and screen protector on my phone, and then put it into the OtterBox clip. The problem that I had was that I was using the wrong clip because I have an iPhone 12, and the OtterBox and clip for that are different sized so of course it’s not going to fit. When I realized it didn’t fit right, I ended up changing the clip and everything was fine. Unless there was some sort of manufactures defect with the OtterBox and the clip holster, there should be nothing wrong with an OtterBox, and it is almost bulletproof, because it keeps your phone dry. It keeps your phone safe, and I can carry it around and not worry about it falling or breaking if it hits the ground. Whoever said that Clip needed to be adjusted I don’t know why they said that, but I didn’t have to adjust it at all. I gave the OtterBox case for the iPhone 14 pro five stars. Every single OtterBox I’ve ever owned has been good. The only problem that I may have with an OtterBox is if you keep a phone longer than two or three years, the rubber on the outside, sometimes begins to get stretched out, or starts to get brittle After a while, so you may have to replace the case after a lot of use, especially if you’re using it and carrying it around and you’re very active in what you do, but for my case, because I’m in a wheelchair, it makes a difference, and I can clip my phone to the clip holster, and I have no problem, using the Bluetooth function on iPhone to control my Apple Watch, and then I can do everything I need to do there, that way I don’t have to look at the phone while I’m trying to move around especially if I’m outside, doing errands or something like that. So again in my mind, the OtterBox case for the iPhone 14 Pro is a five star product, don’t listen to the ones that tell you that it is not as good as it says, in the five star ratings, because OtterBox is always known to be able to fix defects in their products if there is a defective product, so I don’t know why I see so many negative reviews on this product, it’s not defective. It works really well!

Pro : the case is very protective ! Love it has a clip Potential negative the charger port cover can be annoying to open and close when you’d like to charge … but it’s meant to keep dust etc out of it so it does it job ! Depends on personal preference

This case offers excellent protection and feels very sturdy. Just keep in mind that it’s a bit large and adds noticeable bulk to the phone. Still, a great choice if you prioritize durability and drop protection.

Does a very good job of protecting the phone, I’ve dropped it on a hard floor numerous times with no damage to the phone. The only downside is the blue color is light enough that it shows the dirt/looks grimy. It can be washed off and it’s a nice looking color when it’s clean. I had a black one before this one and of course it didn’t show the dirt. Because it does protect so well, I would buy it again, but in a darker color.

For at least a decade I have not purchased a new phone without an Otterbox Defender case, period. My old phone always look new-to-lightly-used at the end of their service life. I do wish that the external, soft rubber portion was available separately, as this is what really takes all the abuse, and tabs have come off or the covering has occasionally torn. But the phones have always been well-protected.

Was given as a gift to a male family member, they loved the colour and durability of the case to protect the phone. A second identical case was reordered when the silicone outer case got cut on accident as he wanted no other brand or style as this one worked the best for him.
