Q: Are the bags big enough to hold the products and still have room for a juice chips and candy?

I added a small bag of Halloween cookies and there was probably room for one more small item. I would say that you could add a small juice and small candy but probably not all three. The chips may be too big to fit in the bag.

Q: Does it also come with 24sticks for the scratch rainbow paper?

It came with everything that’s in the picture including the rainbow scratch things and it’s all actually really good quality too

No it all comes like packed neatly in a box and you just have to put them in the bags and stuff
