This does the job as advertised. size is perfect for my home. Stable and Sturdy in standing, heavy to move, and safeguards my valuables. Inside capacity is a bit smaller than i anticipated.Its easy to setup and use, and the fingerprint reader and rest of features work as advertised. I did NOT see a firesafe pouch included, as probably was advertised. Overall a solid purchase, and provides me the peace of mind

This was very easy to set up, and the biometric fingerprint works better than most of my door locks with fingerprint access. A great piece if the size is right. I use this to store all the medicine in my house (I have small kids). There are 5 metal bars that lock the safe shut. It’s very sturdy, but due to its size it could be easily lifted. It’s heavy enough not to slide easily, but if I wanted a safe that was unmovable, this would not be the one. However, for it’s size and purpose, it’s a excellent safe!

This safe is very nice and roomy. Very easy to set up your passcode and finger print by following the directions in the manual. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the bottom corner was damaged during shipping. It’s not too big of a deal since you can’t see it unless you turn the safe on its side.

Fingerprint and code keeps malfunctioning reason for return. Also Interior not the same quality as shown. Poor delivery/packaging with damages on arrival

The safe system is great for very nice with 3 system to open, but the safe was damaged before packing, box was not damage buy lower right corner of the safe was damaged when we receive it, looks like someone dropped the safe and damaged the corner.

The media could not be loaded. We think this safe is advanced (fingerprint technology), secure (can bolt to ground, hinges on inside and has an alarm), durable, and overall secure in construction. Now we are comparing this to the average retail safe on the market. Rather than a commercial safe. We needed something simple, reasonable in price, and this is sure a lot better than nothing. It’s all about having some capability at deterrence. The size fit our needs, exterior/interior. We wanted something that was more than a straight dial safe – where we would need a locksmith to change the combination. Here, being electronic, we do not need a locksmith, but we better make sure the batteries are good.All the several locking/unlocking features worked as advertised. Fingerprint, key, digital dial, passcode, emergency, etc.Now we have had experience with a super air-tight/waterproof/fireproof type safe, that had a super insulated interior, made of a composite material. The interior looked like a bathtub. The safe may have had a moisture barrier in that insulation, causing the excessive moisture inside. This, however, does not, have that, which is fine with us. That other safe we found to be an unbelievable collector of moisture and took a lot of work to maintain. For instance, constantly swapping out moisture absorbing bags of whatever to avoid that moisture accumulation and everything smelling musty inside. We declined to add a heater to try and dehumidify that interior.This safe is also advertised as being fire/waterproof but does not have that space age insulated interior. Which, again, is okay with us, as we did not find excessive humidity accumulation as that other safe had. We still put in moisture absorbing material, but again, just did not see extraordinary interior humidity (we even used a cigar humidor’s hygrometer).Now, after selecting this, we had forgotten to first look whether this safe had any product certifications from UL/ETL – which, by the way, those companies do certify whether a safe complies with industry standards. We found no such certification, not even a private label certification. Which is not that big of a deal for us but would have been nice. (No deduction, as we bought as is.) We also did not see any fire/water ratings. Again, not an issue, because we were not that concerned, as there are fire/water protections in the vault room where this is going. We also did not see terms announcing anti-drill, anti-saw, anti-bump and being pry resistant. We were glad this has a tamper alarm. We also received a bolt down kit.Bottom-line, we like this safe and are glad we have it, for our particular needs.We hope our thoughts and pics were useful in deciding on this.

Thought it was a good buy, so excited to have a way to keep my valuables safe… doesn’t work. The fingerprint reader can open with any finger print. It opened when I touched it with my big toe😕
