I have been taking seed probiotic for quite some time. I made the shift to peak performances symbiotic because seed has some pretty liberal advertisements on their social media. I am not missing out on anything, though. I like this symbiotic much better than seed, and the price point is more affordable. It does smell like Parmesan cheese as everyone else is saying, but it works great! I don’t spend my time sniffing pills, so I don’t see what the issue is.

Really cleared me up but smells

The smell doesn't bother me at all. It does smell like parmesan cheese but it's not offensive to me. I find these work as well as the expensive ritual brand for less money - however you do need to take 2 of these a day instead of just one. T

This product has helped me tremendously. I now use the bathroom more regularly. I have this on subscription, the first three bottles had the cheese smell to the capsules. But my latest bottle smells minty. It is a great change.

These do work, the only problem is the smell and taste. Compared to the other Synbotics + Prebiotic, probiotics and postbiotics these are way more affordable. They do aid in helping you go take a poo. It was extraordinarily hard to get past the smell, it's horrible. The smell even gets on your hands, you have to wash your hands immediately after you take them. Also they taste as bad as they smell, I had to drink something with a bold flavor to try and cover that taste. I have honestly never smelt or taste anything this bad EVER. But there again they do work. If foul smells and strong odor doesn't bother you then this will be no issue. If smells are hard for you then you are going to struggle.

I really liked using this product but I’m going to have to switch to something else. I know the smell wasn’t good but I was okay with it. Now that you put the mint in it it’s bothering my Gerd.

**UPDATE** Three weeks later and I have not felt any changes! I pretty much made myself nauseous with the smell of this stuff for nothing. Save your cash!*****Oh boy! You are going to be in for a surprise when you open this up. I do not know what to compare the smell to, but it is awful! The taste when it hits the tongue, awful! Be prepared! It is not a pleasant experience.

It's hard to know if a prebiotic/probiotic is working in the short term, but I haven't noticed any negative issues but no major improvements. It has a sour milk smell which I'm assuming is a good thing.The value seems to be good for the quality you are getting. I do seem to have better BMs when I am taking consistently, so thats a positive for my digestion.Pill size is average and is easy to swallow if you are comfortable with pills.
