This is the second one I've bought, and it's so I can have another to swap to when I've used the other one! This has been very helpful in dealing with occipital neuralgia. Of course it doesn't take the pain away completely, but the cold helps. The freezing gel inside stays comfortable and malleable, and the velcro allows me to keep it fit to my head without being too tight, a problem I've had with similar hats on Amazon. Honestly considering buying a third, I use them that often to manage pain.Obviously, where the velcro is, there is no cooling gel. This is fine for me, as my pain is all on one side, but something to be aware of as a buyer. Overall I'm really glad I found this style in particular, it works great for what I need it to!

Arrived quickly. Works great. Fits. No Smell. Covers head and eye good. You can sit back and relax. Stays on head much better than ice pack. My mom thinks its too cold when kept in freezer so we keep it in refrigerator. Personal preference for older person.

Helps give relief. I wish the coolness would last longer but overall, a good product for migraines or if you want to cool off quickly.

These are great at helping relieve pressure and pain from headaches and migraines. I put mine in the freezer and set them out about 5-10 mins before using. The refrigerator temp isn't cold enough for me. As a bonus, my kids use these to cool down after playing outside. Thickness is good, I should probably was them more than I do - they seem to hold the freezer odors.

We have recurrent headaches in my home between my kids and I and these things are amazing. I like the way they feel, they work great with having a big messy bun, as it doesn’t cover your whole head, it’s not suffocating and it works great as an ice pack on other parts of the body.

Game changer. This is amazing. Doesn't stay cold for long period but is refreshing while it lasts

Bought it for a friend birthday later this month I picked it for the price as I have one myself and find it helpful with migraines

Feels good when your head doesn’t. Fit nicely without squeezing. I keep mine in the fridge, but it doesn’t stay cold as long as I would like however still a great remedy to have on hand for headaches or swollen eyes.
