Q: How is this Fairlife Protein shake shipped with refrigeration? Do they keep it cold enough for shipping?

I don't remember if it was cold or not, it was shipped pretty fast and the product was fine when consumed. By the way, you can get an 18-bottle case at Costco cheaper than the 12-bottle case on Amazon. I learned the hard way.

Q: What form of dairy protein? Whey, whey-isolate, milk, milk caseinate, etc?

Milk is the whole meal but milk have good source of casine protien. That is the rich source of protien .

Q: Why is this 19.99 at BJ anf double here?

This is being offered by an independent seller on Amazon and they can charge whatever they want. I only purchase on Amazon if I can't find it anywhere else. Costco sells a case of 18 for less than this seller sells 12. Walmart sells a case of 12 for $9.00 less than this seller on Amazon.

Q: Did you have delivery issues?

No, J did not and grateful for that! I normally get it through Sam;s Club but have had erratic supply issues with them. Thus, Amazon was a relief!!
