Less expensive than new weights
I needed heavier single dumbells for leg work and this allowed me to use what I had to combine 2 weights for extra lbs. Spacing is a little close, so certain weights are harder to get in. It's pretty sturdy and easy to use but still, it's plastic so hopefully it will stand up to heavy use. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the product
