Product does not really seal that well. The sealing process is tricky when first trying it due to instructions not making much sence. While i realize it is on the cheaper side i would recommend spending the extra to get a better brand.

Did not work out of the box. Light came on but no vacuuming or sealing.

Lock on the right side is very hard to unlock. Hubby does not like this item at all.

I was not happy with the vacuum seal on this product. The directions for use are not as easy as described, and there was still air in the package after vacuuming. Thankful the bags were free - I used five of them before I was able to get a decent vacuum seal for sous viding.

The unit came in broken. The heating element doesn't work. I will try to contact the seller and see if the 1 year warranty is a solution. Unfortuneately I never tried it after I purchased it so I passed my return window with Amazon.
