I needed this book and Amazon had it!!

It's a PTS.. You need this for your checkride. Other than using it to know what will be asked on the checkride, you will most likely need to reference it when talking about the instrument proficiency check (IPC). I was asked this on my checkride, it shows you what you need to do to complete an IPC and when you would need one (that is something that needs to be memorized anyhow, but this shows the individual tasks which you can show the examiner to help boost your answer). Passed on the first try. No complaints.

Small but rich of contents.. this book is the guideline for your IFR check ride... highly recommended

Was good but now obsolete due to the Airman certification standards

Its a good book to read before you go to see the inspector

A great guide to keep you focused on what is needed to get through the instrument rating. This book is highly recommended.

Passed the instrument rating on the first try, due in part to this book - that'd be the helicopter instrument rating.
